CRN 3D is provided by IPJ Solutions ("we", "us"). Contact: support@crn3d.com.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
1. About these terms
These terms govern the use of the CRN 3D web application at crn3d.com and its subdomains (the "Service"). By creating an account, starting a trial or buying a subscription you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the company or workshop you work for (the "Customer"). If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for companies, sole traders and other professional users who design, manufacture or sell furniture.
2. Account and company
- You give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- Each account is used by one person. Keep your password secret and tell us at once if you suspect someone else is using it.
- The company owner invites other users and assigns their roles; the Customer is responsible for the actions of all its users.
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind the Customer to these terms.
3. Packages, trial and subscription
- Free: core features for 1 user and at most 3 active projects (a job that is not finished or canceled is active), free of charge and without time limit. Old projects can always be opened and downloaded. We may change the scope of the Free package with 30 days' notice.
- Trial: you can try every feature (Workshop and the CNC add-on, up to 5 users who draw) for 14 days free of charge, without entering a payment method. When it ends you choose a package, or the Customer moves to the Free package. The same applies after a subscription is cancelled. Features that are not in the Free package are then no longer available, but all projects and data stay available to open and download.
- Paid packages: Solo, Workshop and the CNC add-on are billed per package, in advance, for a monthly or yearly period (a yearly subscription runs for 12 months and costs the same as 10 monthly payments), at the prices on the Pricing page in effect at the time of purchase. Workshop includes 3 users who draw; each further user who draws is charged separately. Viewers and fitters are not charged. The Firm package is agreed separately.
- Automatic renewal: the subscription renews at the end of each period for the same package, period and number of users until you cancel it.
- Changing the number of users: added users who draw (Workshop package) are charged pro rata until the end of the current period; a reduction applies from the next period.
- Price changes: a new price applies to new customers, and existing customers keep the price they pay. If we ever had to change it, we would announce it by email at least 30 days in advance and it would apply only from the next renewal; if you do not agree, you can cancel before the renewal.
4. Payment
Payment, tax, invoices and refunds are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record under its Buyer Terms. Prices are in euros and include VAT; Paddle.com handles tax for the Customer's country. If a payment fails, Paddle will retry it; if it still fails, all features stay available for another 14 days with a notice, and after that the Customer moves to the Free package. We never receive or store your card details.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time in the company settings of the Service or via the link in your receipt email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, until which the Service works as before. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service unlawfully or against the rights of others;
- share one account between several people or circumvent the limits of a package;
- upload content (cabinets, decors, models, macros, catalogues) you have no right to use;
- attempt unauthorised access to other companies' data, our systems or code, or reverse engineer or copy the Service;
- overload the Service with automated requests, or resell it or make it available to third parties without our written consent.
7. Your data and projects
- Projects, catalogues, quotes, customer records and other content you enter belong to the Customer. You grant us the right to store and process them only as needed to provide the Service.
- You can download your projects at any time, including after your subscription has ended.
- We store data on servers in the EU with regular backups. We still recommend downloading important projects from time to time.
- When the Customer asks us to delete its company, we delete its data within 30 days, and from backups as they expire (at most 12 months).
- For personal data of third parties you enter (e.g. your customers) you are the controller and we are your processor — see the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its code, design, cabinet and material library and the name CRN 3D belong to us or our licensors. While you use it you get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in your business. You may freely use the cutting lists, quotes, drawings, images and CNC programs you create in the Service in your own work.
9. Checking results before production
Cutting lists, drilling, CNC programs, prices and quotes are calculated from the project, library and settings you enter. Before cutting, drilling, running a program on a machine or sending a quote to a customer you must check sizes, materials, tooling and prices. We are not liable for wasted material, damage to machines or tools, or prices quoted to customers because of data or settings you did not check.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and free of errors but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible. We develop the Service continuously and may change its features; if we remove a material feature of a paid package we will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you may then cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, revenue or data. Our total liability on any ground is limited to the amount the Customer paid for the Service in the 12 months before the damage occurred. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them.
12. Termination
The Customer may stop using the Service and ask for the account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms after a warning and a reasonable period to remedy it, and immediately for serious breaches (e.g. attacks on the Service or unlawful content). If we terminate without fault on your side, we refund the unused part of what you paid.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We announce material changes by email or in the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept them; if you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the provider's country of registration. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, the competent court at the provider's registered seat has jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
