Early access

We are opening CRN 3D step by step, one workshop at a time, so that each gets help getting started. Email us your workshop's name, city and how many people would use the program, and we will send you access as soon as it is your turn — with an extended trial.

Firm package

Do you have 10 or more users, or several locations? The Firm package is priced on request. Email us at support@crn3d.com with the number of people who draw and your locations, and we will agree on the price and onboarding.

Billing, invoices and refunds

Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com (Merchant of Record). For invoices, changing your card, cancelling or a refund, use the link in the email you received from Paddle, visit paddle.net, or write to us at support@crn3d.com. See the refund policy for details.

Reporting a bug or a security issue

If you find a bug or a possible security issue, write to support@crn3d.com with the steps to reproduce it. Security reports are handled first.
