Prices are in euros (EUR). Prices include VAT; Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, handles tax for the buyer's country. A yearly subscription runs for 12 months.
Only users who draw are paid for; viewers and fitters are free and unlimited. The pre-cut check, access to your own projects and the data export (also after cancelling) are never charged.
The trial lasts 14 days with everything included (Workshop + CNC, up to 5 users who draw) and needs no credit card. After that the firm moves to the Free package and never becomes read-only. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. CRN 3D runs in the browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari). For 3D we recommend a computer with a recent graphics card; projects can also be viewed on a tablet or phone.
Which languages does the app support?
The app is in Serbian / Bosnian / Croatian (Latin script). This website is also in English for international customers and partners.
Can I use my own cabinets, materials and prices?
Yes. Every company gets its own copy of the library: add and change cabinets, materials with prices, hardware, edge bands and quote templates. Only your company's users see your changes.
Does it work with my CNC machine?
CNC programs (the CNC add-on) are generated from templates you can adapt. Before buying, tell us which machine and software you use and we will tell you what is needed.
How does the free trial work?
For the first 14 days you have every feature (Workshop + CNC, up to 5 users who draw), without a credit card. When the trial ends, choose a package (Solo or Workshop, with the CNC add-on if you want it) or continue on the Free package. The program never becomes read-only.
Who issues the invoice and how do I pay?
Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record: Paddle charges your card, PayPal or another available method, calculates tax and emails you the invoice.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from the company settings or the link in your receipt email. Access lasts until the end of the paid period, and then the firm moves to the Free package (up to 3 active projects; old projects always open). Your projects stay yours and the data export is always free. Within 14 days of purchase we refund the full amount — see the refund policy.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union, with daily backups. Each company's data is kept separate and visible only to that company. More in the privacy policy.
