You pay for a package: Solo is €19 a month (€190 a year) and Workshop is €49 a month (€490 a year), with the CNC add-on if you want it for +€30 a month (+€300 a year). Solo is for one user who draws. Workshop includes 3 users who draw; each extra one costs +€12 a month (€120 a year). Extra users who draw exist only in Workshop. Viewers and fitters are free and unlimited.
Example: Workshop with 5 users who draw and the CNC add-on, billed monthly, costs 49 + 2 × 12 + 30 = €103 a month.
Prices include VAT; Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, handles tax for the buyer's country. Businesses with a valid EU VAT number can enter it at checkout.

Yes, at any time. In Workshop, extra users who draw are charged pro rata for the rest of the current period; when you remove them, the lower amount applies from the next renewal. You can add as many viewers and fitters as you need, at no charge. Solo is for one user who draws; for more, move to Workshop.

For the first 14 days you have everything (Workshop + CNC, up to 5 users who draw), no credit card needed. After that the firm moves to the Free package unless you choose a package. The program never becomes read-only, and all your projects stay available.
Cancel in the company settings or via the link in your receipt email; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew, and then the firm moves to the Free package. Within 14 days of purchase we refund the full amount, no questions asked — see the refund policy.
